To the honorable suppliers who wish to supply the materials shown in the table below, by 1500 lots, to submit their price offers (bids) in a stamped, sealed envelope at the headquarters of the Jannat Al-Firdaws Foundation for Relief and Development (JFF) in Samarra Al-Jubairiyah Al-Thaniyah neighborhood adjacent to the Al-Sayyid Ahmad Al-Rifai Mosque, no later than Monday 29/7/ 2020 at 12 noon
The applicant must fulfill the following requirements:
He holds a license in the shop from the Iraqi Health Department or an ID of Iraqi Chamber of Commerce ,
Submit quotations with official receipts, numbered and sealed, and have a trade name,
He should undertake to supply materials from the best origins , taking into account the period of effectiveness that is not less than six months from the date of supplying the materials,
In the case of bidding, one sample is fetched for each item of the materials below,
All delivered materials should be packaged into pieces according to the weights and packing shown in the table below .
