We are committed to contributing to the creation of a safe and healthy environment, especially in the areas of environmental services, healthcare, education, child protection, and peace promotion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Janat Al Frdaws for Relief and Development, in collaboration with ASB, seeks an experienced and qualified Trainer to deliver a 5-day training program on &#8220;Facts for Life and Economic Self-Reliance.&#8221; The training is part of a larger project aimed at empowering youth beneficiaries in Salah Aldeen with essential life skills, financial literacy, and business knowledge to help them achieve economic self-reliance and improve their overall quality of life.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Curriculum Development:<\/strong> Review and refine the proposed training topics, and develop a detailed curriculum tailored to the local context.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Training Delivery:<\/strong> Conduct a 5-day training workshop for groups of 15-20 youth beneficiaries, using interactive and participatory methods such as group discussions, case studies, role-plays, and practical exercises.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assessment and Evaluation:<\/strong> Design and implement pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate participants&#8217;
