Job Title: Reporting Officer

\nLocation: Salahuddin – Baiji<\/p>\n
Tasks and Responsibilities:
\n– Writing and preparing reports, collecting and analyzing data, and knowledge of evaluation methods.
\n– Writing and drafting periodic reports and the final report.
\n– Monitoring and ensuring data quality.
\n– Supervising data collection.
\n– Supporting the implementation and improvement of monitoring and evaluation tools and frameworks.
\n– Developing appropriate reporting formats in line with donor reporting requirements.
\n– Creating a reporting schedule and ensuring that they are prepared and then delivered on time.
\n– Maintaining an accurate database by monitoring and reviewing regular information sources.
\n– Updating internal databases weekly and monthly and reporting any difficulties in a timely manner.
\n– Processing internal and external weekly and monthly qualitative and quantitative reports.
\n– Supporting in developing and analyzing monitoring tools.
\n– Supervising and directing the data entry team.
\n– Preparing customized documents on implementation and progress of activities.
\n– Performing other tasks as required by the direct manager.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience Required:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree
\n– At least two years of professional experience.<\/p>\n
Ability to:
\n– Perform assigned tasks efficiently under pressure.
\n– High ability to analyze data.
\n– High ability to write and convey ideas in correct professional Arabic.
\n– Work effectively and independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
\n– Communicate efficiently with all employees
\n– Ability to speak and write in English<\/p>\n
